Safety and health
Safety is one of our biggest priorities here at Le Parfait. That’s why all of our staff receive comprehensive training on workplace health and safety, and know how to work in a way that is safe for both themselves and the others around them. In addition to our general health and safety training, our staff who work on high-risk industrial sites receive site-specific safety inductions to ensure they remain safe on every work site that they work on.
Training and certifications
We’re committed to achieving excellence, which means providing our staff with the education, resources, and training they need to achieve great things in their work. We’re also big believers in lifelong learning and continuous professional development. That’s why we provide our staff with opportunities to partake in ongoing training and complete additional certifications, so that they can explore their interests, grow in their career, and learn how they can work in a way that is better, more effective, and more efficient.
